I just want to give a huge shoutout to my nurse Jose and Dr. Ahari, and everyone else I spoke with today, for all of your help and making me feel heard. They checked on me numerous times throughout the day and treated everyone so kindly. It was truly appreciated. Your hard work does not go unrecognized and just know that you are amazing at your jobs! Thank you again.
I was in the ER for several hours, which is to be expected. Every single nurse and staff member I interacted with was kind, efficient, and compassionate despite the chaotic environment. Each of them were fully versed on my issue before speaking with me and addressed my concerns thoroughly. I was so grateful (and surprised) to have such great, personable, and compassionate care in an emergency department.
I've been in this ER room since about 7am. It's 1:10 am the following day. Staff was fantastic until change of shift around 7pm. I've not seen anyone stopping by my room.(right in front of a nurses station) since around 7:05pm. I've called out for assistance and all staff has ignored me and walked right by. I'm still here and was told earlier that there are no beds here. I was also told they would try to get me a real hospital bed and not this bed that is killing every body in my bones.
