Was having severe heel pain and got to see a nurse who stuck my heel with a needle without even a guiding light or anything was not given any stretch or aftercare instruction. Been in so much pain 5 weeks after getting a shot that probably was not needed. Had to see a new doctor and he did not have anything favorable to say about this office. I'm going to be on the men now that I have instructions on how to aftercare the shot I got almost 5 weeks ago.
I waited over 3 months for my appointment. I was given an 8am appointment. When I arrived at my scheduled time, I was informed that my appointment was 3:30pm. A mistake by the receptionist making my appointment has cost me a 3 week delay in being seen. This is totally unacceptable. I declined. I'll find another doctor who has a more reliable receptionist.
