I had a referral to visit with Dr. Kristensen, but so far, I have not met wit him, and only get to talk with a PA.
I've been seen Kevin for almost a year now, I need knee surgery he refuses to manage my pain yet keep puts my surgery off so that I'm currently in pain with no pain management for about a year now, it's gotten so bad I recently had to get a hold of the American disabled act. I was on Suboxone for a little bit of time over a year ago, and because of that he's treated me less than human.
Dr Yenna and his entire team were wonderful. Engaged, focused, concerned.
All staff, from the moment I entered the building, regardless of their role, were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As an RN myself, I would be curious to know if patients that are generally inexperienced in navigating the Healthcare System, find the multi step process leading up to the actual provider encounter, helpful or not. For me it seemed inefficient, unnecessary and wasteful.
