Terrible terrible service and lack of professionalism. My girlfriend had an appointment here. She went to her appointment and when she was directed to the appropriate floor/department, the nurses there told her that gynecology has been closed and that they now operate out of Meridian.. My girls friend was very confused, goes to the parking lot, calls me and she is crying in confusion on why this was all happening. Dr. Biggs is the most incompetent doctor I have ever met. I have a history of ovarian cysts and after a week and a half of pelvic pain I spent 3 days getting sent to voicemail with no call back for an appointment. I went in person and begged the receptionist to get me an appointment. Dr. Biggs then proceeded to ask why I was even there, that they are not a “walk in clinic” and said that he didn’t believe ovarian cysts could cause ovarian torsion and there was no possible way that I was having a cyst because I was on birth co... read more
I decided to see the Midwives here, I’m currently 18 weeks pregnant & had a TERRIBLE experience. This is my first pregnancy & I left every appointment in tears. Specifically with Bonnie & Stephanie. They made me feel judged & completely alone I finally got the courage to switch providers & I am now being seen at St Al’s. Chelsey was great & I never met Julia. I had my son at SL Meridian Labor and Delivery in December. At this time Midwife Stephanie M was at that location but has now transferred here. She was my advocate, my rock, and my true guardian angel. She not only stayed an hour past her shift just to have the opportunity to deliver my son, but came back the following day postpartum and congratulated me and my family.
