While my in-office experience at St. Luke’s was pleasant, the nurses and doctor were friendly, attentive, and provided a swift diagnosis, the financial experience afterward has been a nightmare. Very kind staff, but they refused to give me sedation during my iud insertion on two separate occasions. Both times I requested it and both times I was denied. The only time I have ever passed out was from an IUD insertion. I really like the staff, but I am truly traumatized after that procedure.
