The lab is easily accessible for walking in. If the patient has difficult veins, it is recommended to assign an experienced nurse. This is not a criticism of new nurses, but they can begin with simpler cases and inquire if any patients are willing to participate in experimental procedures.
I find the staff friendly and efficient and Dr. Kroll thorough and willing to take the time to address every issue.
