A nurse named Jill in the er was completely unprofessional, she had absolutely no bed side manner instead I got yelled at for having seizures that I couldn’t control after a roll over car accident.. I was still having seizures actively during discharge. These people acted like non empathic criminals not healthcare workers... why are people like this working In the emergency room?
I am putting this out here so everyone knows! And maybe you will go somewhere else. or someone will make a difference! I am really disappointing in your new policy. You are taking away moments from a loving and caring husband and father. He cant go up and hear his child first heart beats or see what gender the baby is with me because he cant go up. I have preferred to go outside of st.lukes I have found that I get more help and treated as a person and not just a number. also if you have any providers that are no within st.lukes they don't share information. so say as I am cared for by out of network doctor. I have an emergency and go to Saint lukes they don't have any of my information. allergies, meds I am on.
I understand that COVID19 has got people in a panic but to lessen the quality of care because of it is just crap. I went in for massive ear pain, I felt like they couldn't have gotten me out faster. the doctor prescribed ear drops that did nothing. The infection got so massive it moved to my jaw, my lymph nodes, and behind my ear. the drops they gave me did not treat ear infection. I live this place they helped me begin my weightloss surgery. the Dr and staff are awsome.
So far my experience has been great. Information is freely given, plenty of seminars to gather information. Classes by St. Luke’s are given on lifestyle and cooking after surgery, as well as before so weight loss can start and be successful. The appointments are easy to make and the staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful. The surgeons have all been great at giving information through the seminars, and face to face. Ive heard only good things about the success rates of the surgeries done.
