I have been in the care of St Luke's for a few years now we'll just say every department especially cardiology but every department has made me feel important and cared for. I compare you to another hospital and there is none you are beyond comparison I am grateful to be in your care and hope to be for quite a while actually I can do a thousand of these surveys it'll never change unless somebody's extremely rude and then I take care of that on the spot as I should anyway thank you guys very much. Very attentive and genuinely seemed to care about my concerns. Dr. Bass came highly recommended by my father.
I got right in and saw my provider. We reviewed my test results and determined a path forward. Great service.
All I can say is the clinical manager should not be allowed to run a clinic, where they are also allowed to harass patients and discharge patients who still have severe cardiac issues. And shame to the cardiologist who was also on the phone and allowed the harassment to continue, knowing how severe my cardiac health is in and didn't speak up or defend me. The same cardiologist who was trying to get me to abort my child at 15 weeks into pregnancy, which didn't work because I was not going to give up my child. And the same car... read more
