Have been with this clinic for years. Dr. Starr left so made an appointment for my annual physical with Alexandria mcuune. Sighed on to my chart the day before my app. And my appointment was not there. Called St Luke's and was told she also had left. I received no letter and nothing about her leaving was posted on my chart. I said I needed to make an appointment with someone else and she said we are not making new appointments. You will have to go somewhere else. Heck of a way to treat your patients

My mom has been waiting on Dr Cabrera to send in her approval paperwork for knee surgery since March. It’s the end of May. This doctor is dragging her feet with no communication as to the delay. She just says “we need to check vitals one more time” and then has the MA call my mom and they canceled the appt to check vitals 15 mins before the appt when my mom was 5 mins away from the clinic. If I could give anything lower than a one star, I would. This clinic is absolutely horrible doctor star left his clinic and never sent any of his patients a letter, letting them know they would no longer have a doctor, just wrote a little message on my chart and the receptionist refuses to schedule me another appointment with any other doctor in the clinic, now I'm left with excruciating spine pain and stuck trying to find a whole new doctor.
