I’d give 0 stars if I could. My son had a circumcision performed by NP, Benjamin M. Taylor which got infected the next day, FOWL SMELL & oozing. By day 3 his penis was severely swollen alongside the mentioned symptoms. I immediately took my son to the ER (the following Saturday) where was he was prescribed antibiotics. I’m extremely disappointed in the care we received at St. Luke’s Children’s Urology. It’s clear that patient well-being is not their priority. Our experience felt rushed, impersonal, and dismissive. The providers seemed more interested in checking boxes than actually listening to concerns or offering real support. There was a clear lack of compassion and communication throughout the process, which is especially upsetting when dealing with children’s health.
