One star is generous. My wife and I confirmed—more than once—that our insurance was accepted before bringing our kids to St. Luke’s Children’s Rehab. We were told everything was fine. Later, we found out the clinic was actually out-of-network. No one told us. No one disclosed it. When my wife followed up, the clinic manager, Amy, responded with zero accountability. If I could give Zero stars I would. Despite confirming with staff that my insurance was accepted, I later learned the clinic was out of network. No one told me. There was no disclosure. When I followed up, the clinic manager, Amy, responded with open disrespect. She told me, “That’s the responsibility of the parent,” as if I had failed my children by trusting her staff to give accurate information. The therapists (Ms. Amy Starr and Ms. Taylor King) have an unending amount of patience when it comes to working with my daughter. They have definitely know what they are doing and it shows in my daughters progress (even if it’s slow, it’s consistent).
