My apt. was for a breast reduction and augmentation. The nursing staff and the physician assistant Ochoa were all very nice and listen to my questions. The staff went through the procedure and did a very good job explaining each step, phase and what I can expect. The staff then took measurements & pictures of my breasts in order to give a more accurate estimate. I received an insurance quote and a cash quote. The staff made me feel comfortable & safe at all times. I would recommend this office again!!!
Dr. Gerety took time to introduce himself to both my teen and I. He took time to go through options and explain things to both me and my teen. We felt heard and hopeful.
Dr. Gerety is amazing and so is his staff. They were prompt with my appointment time, didn't rush me, answered all my questions, and help create a customized surgical plan. Dr. Gerety helped me set realistic expectations and laid out a reasonable time frame jn which to do surgery. He and the staff listened to my concerns, and even took the time to come back in, when I had additional questions.
My son was treated so well and Dr. Gerety did a fantastic job on my son Hunter's ears! Thank you again :)
