Malia NP is always wonderful, she takes time to interact with my daughter and put her at ease.
Calling on a simple referral and met with “well we haven’t gotten it” “we might not accept it” “you might not be a good fit for us” 🙄 Mellisa should work on her phone skills, her customer service skills and representing your company in a much better light.
We got right in for a hearing test and then had to wait a bit to see the provider. It’s always an amazing experience here!!

This is honestly the best medical team I’ve come across since moving here in 2018. Dr Robison and his team are absolutely. Malia Frazier, NP was the one who we saw for the initial appointment and she verified our concerns for my 3 year old daughters sleep apnea, amongst other things, when a provider at another office told us “she’d grow out of it”.
