There are several separate doctors and offices within this facility. In the waiting room, you take a number and wait, this could be improved. The actual facility appeared clean and was acceptable, the particular Dr I saw there, I was not satisfied with.

3 times I've had SCHEDULED appointments, and have had to address myself to the staff everytime. And was told to enter myself into the kiosk even though it is a SCHEDUALED appointment. How does that make any sense? Waste of time.
