Well kept place and very helpful staff.
There are several separate doctors and offices within this facility. In the waiting room, you take a number and wait, this could be improved. The actual facility appeared clean and was acceptable, the particular Dr I saw there, I was not satisfied with.

3 times I've had SCHEDULED appointments, and have had to address myself to the staff everytime. And was told to enter myself into the kiosk even though it is a SCHEDUALED appointment. How does that make any sense? Waste of time.
Put on permanent hold, won't return phone calls or messages. I have a referral from an ER doctor and can't even schedule an appointment. St. Lukes is by far the worst hospital I've had the misfortune to use. I've NEVER had this problem at LVH.
