VERY COURTEOUS OFFICE STAFF AND PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL STAFF
St. Luke’s Hospital Urology – 1 star I had a very poor experience here. I provided urine samples for culture four different times, and I never received a single result or any follow‑up from the office. No one reached out, and when I emailed the provider directly, I never got a response. The lack of communication from both the medical staff and administration was extremely frustrating. I left feeling ignored and without any clarity about my care.
