They were on time getting me in for my procedure. But when I got there, the lady, they greeted me and checked me in was Terrible, and not nice gave me a weird vibe. She was the evening girl with dark hair
10 minutes late for an urgent appointment for PRP and St Luke’s ortho would not see me. Not even 15 minutes. I’m furious. Drs make you wait. It took the admin 10 minutes to check.
Living in Meridian I choose to go into Boise city streets if I possibly can rather than the highway because I'm not quite comfortable with all the traffic yet. Getting to this Clinic was very easy going the city streets even though once you got near the clinic there was a great deal of road construction. It was one of the what look like newer clinics that I have visited since I've been here, very clean and well organized, easy to find where you need to be. Pleased with the staff and X-ray and MRI process, however, if you open a clinic you need to have someone answering the telephones. There is a main hospital number and someone always answers. Why does no one answer here? I was on hold last week 3 different days for +15 minutes and did not get thru. I unfortunately, left my jewelry there after MRI and needed to call to make sure it was found... was never able to get through.
