I’m a type 1 diabetic and I feel like I have to fight for myself every time I need something from this office. I’m so tired of it.
They make me fight them every six months when I need my medical certification for work filled out. I see Catherine for T1D and she is thoughtful and otherwise a terrific provider, but I don’t understand why it always has to be this way when I need to have my papers sorted.
My doctor is wonderful. The staff is very helpful.
