The receptionist was kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. My mammographer was so kind and took good care of me. The ultrasound technician was kind, knowledgeable and very thorough. The radiologist was very nice and explained the results so they were easy to understand, and asked if I had any questions or concerns, very important. Overall a pleasant experience. They are always very professional and caring. They take good care of you.
Not pleasant rude nurse .. the dr started to biopsy the wrong spot they had to stop and start again. Staff was coming to the door the nurse in the room was talking about how the dr was late for the next appointment. Trying to hurry him all while poking a needle in my neck! Very very unpleasant and highly traumatic
