Everyone was so friendly and calming. I went in very nervous but felt much better having every process explained so well. It is times like this that reminds me how blessed we are to have such great care at St Luke’s.
Everyone was exceptionally nice and professional. I cant remember the young ladies name, that took me to the back. She went out of her way to make sure i was comfortable. Being stressed about the outcome of the test is alot at one time. She really put me at ease. The conversation to me out of my head stressing. She made sure I understood the aftercare then pointed out the number, if I had questions or concerns. Also overall the team worked together, and the outcome was great.
