The receptionist at this location are completely unprofessional and are unable and unqualified to provide basic assistance to there customers including checking in and out very uneducated! This office had me wait a year and six months before even seeing me for infertility treatment, then cancelled my HSG (time specific procedure based on your cycle that you need the day off for) on the day of with less than three hours notice three separate times, three months in a row. Overall, their poor scheduling added over a year to my infertility diagnosis. Scheduling staff was rude and inconsiderate and does not call back. I have tried to bring three different clients five different times over the past two years and each time, after driving forty minutes, I was told, “I’m sorry, we tried to call you but we will not be able to see you today.” This is ABSOLUTELY the last time I will try to schedule someone.
