The receptionist at this location are completely unprofessional and are unable and unqualified to provide basic assistance to there customers including checking in and out very uneducated! I had an appointment for 11 and had called advising them I would be late and was told about the 15 min late policy and was told as long as I arrive before than I would be seen, I arrived at 11:10 and the receptionist was unable to figure out how to use the computer to check me in and purposely waited until the 15 minute mark to go speak wi... read more
This office had me wait a year and six months before even seeing me for infertility treatment, then cancelled my HSG (time specific procedure based on your cycle that you need the day off for) on the day of with less than three hours notice three separate times, three months in a row. Overall, their poor scheduling added over a year to my infertility diagnosis. Scheduling staff was rude and inconsiderate and does not call back.
