St. Luke's Tamaqua is a clean & modern facility. I was greeted promptly by the receptionist & the sign in process was fast & efficient. After only a brief wait, I was seen by the P.A. on duty. The whole process in & out was about 25-30 mins total. Very good experience - I'll return next time I need health care. Thumbs up.

I have been to this facility several times with a family member and the registration staff is consistently unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. During our visits, we dealt with Dan and Becky at the front desk. Both have been incredibly snarky and act like helping patients is a massive inconvenience. On our last visit, Becky was literally filing her nails and playing games on her phone instead of doing her job.
