Celeste was very kind and genuine. I went into the office because I was sick and having some sinus + ear pain. I have been asking to get some help with Impacted ear wax for some time now and not even my primary doctor would clean them. Celeste did not hesitate to help me and she went above and beyond to ensure I was okay during the removal. 10/10 I have never been happier with a trip to a medical facility and plan on switching my primary care to somewhere within the St Luke’s branch. The whole experience was by far the best I’ve had at any Urgent Care. Everyone was very nice and not once did I feel rushed or like I was bothering anyone. The PA-C, Abbagail Woodring really took the time to listen to my concerns and go through my symptoms. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The office was very clean and despite being a little busy, still took care of me in a very timely manner but without making me feel like I was just being pushed out the door.
