Wait times are ridiculous , waited 2 hrs to have my son(5) seen , people that came after me were seen . This is unacceptable no accountability when asked what’s going on I get a smart remark .
As a person who is very intimidated by official business when it comes to just about anything, the process of checking in and receiving a prescription for antibiotics was as easy as I've seen in my albeit short time as an adult so far. Special thanks to Dr.Sinani and Rhonda at Star Community health for being very kind and straightforward about details I'm poorly educated on, when asked for a more comfortable way to enact an X-ray on my (admittedly destroyed) teeth they complied happily and made the process very easy.
