I have gotten annual exams at this location since 2021 and have had a great experience every time. On two separate occasions, the person checking me in was a new hire in training, and they did a perfect job. Very friendly, no problem updating insurance (twice), and no delays.
While their actual staff are ok if you can actually get in, the support staff and scheduling processes are not good at all. It’s hit or miss if any of the support staff will take the time to answer your questions. They generally are too rushed to do that even though I was left sitting in the hallway for 15+ minutes in a gown. Good luck scheduling an appointment here. Expect to be on hold for 30+ minutes. HOT TIP! COME PREPARED! You will be asked if you would like 2D or 3D imaging. At my most recent appointment, receptionist Beth was neither helpful, nor tolerant of questions about the choice. My good Dr friend texted back "yes 3D is worth it" (for me). TBD if my insurance covers the extra cost, however it may makes a "call back" return trip for a second screening less likely (and that visit would carry an extra cost.) I don’t write a lot of reviews but saw this place didn’t have great reviews while I was waiting and since the reviews were from people that hadn’t actually been in the buisness, I thought I should review. This was my first mammogram. My doctor scheduled the appointment for regular health check. It did take awhile to get the appointment made a few months out but the staff and technician were incredibly polite and helped make an awkward experience as pleasant as possible.
Literally cannot get anyone to call me back to make a mammogram appointment that is overdue due to covid. I've called and left messages several times in last 6 months. No returned calls. I've hung on hold for 30 min and no pickup. I'm an established patient? And you don't care about preventing cancer? Pay people more if you can't get enough help in reception. I'm sure there are big wigs who can share.
