The receptionist is not nice to deal with. Have been a long term patient of the practice, was over looked with medical results. Called in distressed as conditioned was worsen with medication prescribed. Than expected me to go out of my way without, offering help, urgent appointment, to speak to a doctor. Would not email my results to a referring physician. Than expected me to drive & collect them. When I physically can’t be behind a vehicle as a result to the medication. Local GP all good friendly staff
Dr Chan and Dr Malik are my go to doctors for all my medical needs. Dr Chan is incredibly approachable and has provided invaluable support throughout the years. Meanwhile, Dr Malik takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring that I feel understood and heard. The reception staff are generally pleasant, although one receptionist's limited english can sometimes create communication challenges, especially over the phone.
