I had a very disappointing experience at this medical centre. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, I felt like I was an inconvenience. A medical practice should treat patients with respect and kindness, especially when they may already be feeling stressed or unwell. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training, as the front desk is the first impression patients have of the clinic.
Doctors are great, but the front desk service is typically rude for no reason and there is no consistency in walk-in schedule. Any given day they will accept from morning, then randomly they don't accept from 2.30. When you have arrived when 2 sick daughters, being told in the typical front desk rude way is extremely frustrating. Local GP practice ease of access friendly staff
The receptionist is not nice to deal with. Have been a long term patient of the practice, was over looked with medical results. Called in distressed as conditioned was worsen with medication prescribed. Than expected me to go out of my way without, offering help, urgent appointment, to speak to a doctor.
