I had an ok experience here. I had a small blister that eventually burst which made a superficial wound. Although not in the medical field, I'm fairly adept in medical care being a caretaker for several relatives. I felt like I was talked down to at times by secretarial staff as well as nurses. I wanted to know what they were going to do before they did it. I don't think that was too much to ask. The doctor was ok, but abrupt.
