Erin is beyond awful. Told me I had a gallbladder infection and said to get a stat ultrasound and bloodwork. Didn’t hear from her until late the next day when I called in AND sent a message when I was on my way out of the state (which I made her aware of during our appt that I had to leave). She said my WBC was high and I have an infection or inflammation and needed a stat CT. No matter how many times you say the same thing, they do not listen. They are not capable of making quality accurate notes in your chart whether you call in or are seen in office. imagine lying on a recorded line and in the patient chart… You will be treated differently depending on your insurance. at this point I am pursuing a state complaint.
My son and I see Dr Shayn Collins and my wife has sees Dr. Kimberly Brown. We love this place. I think this is my favorite doctors office. We really like that the staff at this doctors office are not pushy. They offer their perspectives and advice of course, but they leave the decisions to us and they really hear our thoughts and questions.
Great practice with very friendly staff. They are always super friendly at reception and the nurses are always welcoming and puts you at ease. My appointments are always on time and I am never left waiting like at other places. I highly recommend this practice for you and your family.
