Amazing nurses, but the er doctor had no sympathy or care really for how I was doing. Came in with bad GI problems after being told by a triage nurse to go to the ER. When asked, I told her family history of colon cancer to which she responded “you’re too young for that”, told her my father has diverticulitis to which she responded “that’s not genetic”. Rude and unprofessional. My best friend just went in for a possible insect bite. Her entire eye lid is a blister and she has a red mark under her eye and the nurse gave her an ice pack told her to put it on her eye if she can handle that (said rudely) and told her to fix her eye herself and walked out laughing. She was in there for barely 20mins. When she came out her eye was swollen more and turning a dark red almost purple. Don’t go here. I’m filing a formal complaint now. My wife has been crying for over an hour sitting in emergency room after sitting there for an hour and they will not help her. They’re putting her back into another knee brace and refer her to another orthopedic. How many times do you have to get to an emergency room before they actually help you.
I wanted to say thank you to the wonderful staff working today in the ER. From the lovely woman who got me registered and checked In to the nursing staff for being kind and compassionate. I really felt like my concerns were listened to and I was made as comfortable as possible. I wish I could remember everyone's names to personally thank each and everyone for taking amazing care of me today.
Super clean ER, staff was super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Haley and Jordan took very good care of me. I do everything to avoid hospitals because of they anxiety they give me lol but definitely one of the few positive experiences I’ve had in a medical facility.
