Pathetic service, make me wait over an hour no follow up. False information that there was only 2 patients ahead when in fact 5 people I counted went ahead. Joke
I called the receptionist for the next available appointment. The appointment was meant to be at 12.10pm and I rock up and they advise me that the appointment was incorrectly booked at 1.15pm. I wait as I’ve been told the wait should only be 10-20 minutes. I’ve waited over and hour. I’m sick of unreliable practices that cannot be punctual. Get better with your time management because people have better things to do than wait all day. If I could give zero star I would, would NOT recommend.
My son (10 year-old)had a deep cut on his forehead and he needed to see the GP to check. The receptionist was rude and she asked us to pay $80 otherwise we couldn’t see the doctor. She insisted saying it is the policy. We came to another GP and paid nothing. Never come back.
I would like to thank Josie Ayad for the help of teaching me how to combat diabetes. Changing eating habits I have lost 5 kgs in around 3 months and feel great . I have still got a bit to go but thanks for heading me in the right direction. Regards Peter .
Dr. Jacoup is one of the most unprofessional and rude doctors I have ever been to. Would never recommend anyone.
