I was referred to Josie Ayad for diabetes education after 20 years of monitoring my Diabetes Type One via my GP and an Endocrinologist. I was never taught how to manage my diabetes properly and am amazed how much I learn every time I see Josie. Today i learned form josie. It carbohydrates vs fibre.. highr fibre low carbohydrates.. use the following app foodswotch it will tell you wats good n what not to eat.. which brand is good.. dont eat dark bread as it not the way to go.. get low carb white bread.. high in fibre… i also learned that we can eat pizza use the following high fibre low car base.. i also recoomend eat watermelon which is low carbs…. It not about starving ourselves it about find the the right balance when u have diaboetes.. thankyou josie
Pathetic service, make me wait over an hour no follow up. False information that there was only 2 patients ahead when in fact 5 people I counted went ahead. Joke
I called the receptionist for the next available appointment. The appointment was meant to be at 12.10pm and I rock up and they advise me that the appointment was incorrectly booked at 1.15pm. I wait as I’ve been told the wait should only be 10-20 minutes. I’ve waited over and hour. I’m sick of unreliable practices that cannot be punctual. Get better with your time management because people have better things to do than wait all day. If I could give zero star I would, would NOT recommend.
