I am not someone who typically vocalises my experiences or complaints — I usually keep my opinions to myself. I am extremely disappointed with how my visit with St Luke's Medical Centre went. I came in for a general checkup/appointment with Dr. Maged Jacoup and was welcomed with nothing but disrespect and disregard for my concerns. Considering this was my first visit with this centre, I can't imagine how Dr. Maged Jacoup interacts with any other patient. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30 PM today. At 6:15 PM, the clinic called to confirm, and I explicitly told them I was on my way. I arrived just 3 minutes late (at 6:33 PM), only to be told that the doctor (Dr Jacoup) had already packed up and left. The double standard here is completely unacceptable. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. My mother requested a copy of her medical records from St Luke’s Medical Centre so she could continue her care with another doctor. It has now been over 5 weeks, and despite repeated requests, her records have still not been provided. Timely access to medical records is essential for continuity of care. Delays like this can affect a patient’s ability to receive appropriate treatment and create unnecessary stress.
