Extremely disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:30 PM today. At 6:15 PM, the clinic called to confirm, and I explicitly told them I was on my way. I arrived just 3 minutes late (at 6:33 PM), only to be told that the doctor (Dr Jacoup) had already packed up and left. The double standard here is completely unacceptable. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. My mother requested a copy of her medical records from St Luke’s Medical Centre so she could continue her care with another doctor. It has now been over 5 weeks, and despite repeated requests, her records have still not been provided. Timely access to medical records is essential for continuity of care. Josie, the diabetes educater is definitely worth the vist, she makes you feel comfortable and excited about moving forward. Very knowledgeable about good foods carbs, sugers, weight loss, highly recommend.
I had my first consultation with Josie Ayad, Diabetic Educator. I was quite scared at first to find out i had type 2 but when I seen Josie today she made me feel very comfortable and excited about going forward even though it's a lot to process but i feel very confident. I learnt about the importance of keeping carbs my carb intake low. She showed me different ways to keep them low and what not to eat. I really appreciate her help and I will be continuing to see her again. Once again thank you Josie 😊
