BEWARE OF PATHOLOGY!!! i went here to get my blood test done, a few hours later my vein was damaged and now i can’t extend my arm and have bruises all around the area the blood was drawn from , this has never happened to me before anywhere else. Why hire someone who doesn’t know how to even take a blood draw and leave (the young blond skinny lady) by herself when she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing!!
I booked a telephone appointment over a phone call on 28/05/26 but never received a call from the doctor. I called the clinic again and the receptionist was so dismissive and rude and stated that they have been working all morning but never received a call from me and no appointment was booked. I was surprised by their response as we did talk earlier and booked the appointment. Instead of acknowledging an error from their side, they very conveniently shifted the blame on me. Very unprofessional behaviour.

I was referred to her 2 years ago but didn't take it seriously, and now I'm kicking myself for not seeing her sooner. Josie's kind, approachable, and made a big difference in my understanding of managing diabetes. Looking forward to my next visit with her next month!"
