Dr Mathews himself is great. Aside from the extreme wait time (should inform patients of the possible wait time) his staff is atrocious. The elderly women in the front seem to not have any patience, they discuss how “nasty” the patients are meanwhile their attitudes aren’t any better when handling patient concerns and questions. We didn’t have any issues with office staff. Other than not getting return calls. Trying to get into the office is a joke. And God for it you have to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. It’s like an act of congress trying to get a hold of dr. Medication dr Matthew’s put my spouse on he was allergic to and had to stop taking pet pharmacists advice (it was a holiday weekend) called first thing that following business day explained what the issue was and no response what so ever. Loooooong wait. Ridiculous!!!
I am a CURRENT patient at this facility. I was in the Er and this was the doctor referred to me by my primary care. I've been place on short term leave of 12 weeks with work requiring me to comply with short term disability. All I needed was 2 papers filled out on my condition to return to UNUM (claims for work) to receive the short term I pay into via work while off work. The papers weren't filled out to the point the UNUM case worker had to get involved and fax a request for said paperwork. They didn't comply. So I had to ... read more
