I grew up here and needed to stop in quickly while in town on vacation. And wow, the staff are amazing. So professional and polite. I didn't know the ladies, but as soon I came in they knew my name. Small town vibes, miss this.

I've always had an amazing experience with the staff here. They are easy to speak with and listen well to any concerns or issues I am having. If I need to get in on short notice or speak with my Healthcare provider they do their absolute best to make it happen as quickly as possible.

I absolutely love St Luke I've gone to multiple locations over the years and I've had such good experiences but today was ridiculous . I took my son in to get shots updated ( which they kept asking me whether he was a girl or a boy and I had to keep repeating myself) he had already been seen two days before for a wellness checkup. I felt uncomfortable the whole time. Even not commenting of things that were said like me being a first time mom. I have 3 other children and the oldest are 15 and 14. There is a noticeable of lack of respect and consideration for the human first approach by several at this office. Impatient and too busy to be attentive, in person and via phone. Assumptions are made rather than reviewing history and talking with patient. Personally, not a good fit. Cannot recommend based on overall experience at this location.
