Never use this location. When going through the wash there was an unusual "bump". I checked the car when I came out and I always wipe down the car to get rid of the water/suds that don't get rinsed off or blown off the car. There was a big fresh scratch on my wheel and I reported it right away to Christina?, the property manager. I asked for the name of their insurance company and she said she didn't know. I took the offer on the membership & the manager was nice enough to help me with it. But, I get a charge on my card for a membership that I tried to cancel, I'm then told that a refund won't be given unless I could provide extra documentation, which I showed a screenshot of!!! It's still a pending transaction. After I mentioned I was trying to cancel. I want my money back!!
