Poorly managed location. There were no towels, no cleaning products, and no air hoses available. The wash quality was poor and the overall experience needs serious improvement.
Never use this location. When going through the wash there was an unusual "bump". I checked the car when I came out and I always wipe down the car to get rid of the water/suds that don't get rinsed off or blown off the car. There was a big fresh scratch on my wheel and I reported it right away to Christina?, the property manager. I asked for the name of their insurance company and she said she didn't know.
