Absolutely fantastic service and professionalism! We had a big new irrigation project to do and Ken and the St. Lucie pump and water team did a fantastic job! We interviewed a lot of different irrigation companies and we are so happy we went with St. Lucie pump and water! Our grass and kids thank you for our lush backyard!
I don’t have too much experience purchasing water pumps. I was charged for five hours of labor when the technician was here for three and going to get the pump for two. They did refund me for an hour and a half of the two hours that he was gone after I called and complained. I have to say that they are available at anytime and they do pick up the phone every single time, and they are very knowledgeable. Excellent company! John came out today and was able to fix the problem and get our well working great again! He was so nice and knowledgeable! I hope you guys take good care of your employees during the holidays, there’s not too many technicians that will diagnose and fix the problem within a couple of hours! Very affordable as well!
