I really love this doctor's office. Dr. Raina always takes her time, and there's always someone who answers the phone to make appointments!
This location is totally fraudulent. I visited for my annual health check-up. I had to have some blood tests done. They asked me to come back in to discuss my test results. It could have easily been communicated over the phone or email, but instead I was charged over $200 just to be told that everything was normal.
Have been waiting a week and a half for a call back from a specialist that this office was supposed to set up. Calling the office sends me to a full voice-mail box. They only take cash, and they don't seem to actually care about their patients, only their wallets. And if you can't take time off of work to go into their office to remind them of their jobs, good luck ever talking to them.
My wife showed up for her appointment and they demanded the copay in cash. They wouldn't accept a card or even send a bill, and they refused to see her even when she had severe chest pain and they forced her to reschedule. Clearly they care more about money than about providing quality healthcare.
