I've been with them since the late 90's, their services are great, Very pleasant bedside manner. Yes, they are super busy but its not due to their own fault as Dr.Figurado is 1 of 4 Tamil speaking physician available in the Mississauga area to serve a large Tamil population, be patient & expect the wait.
They give you an appointment for a time and they don’t call us inside the office at that time. Takes around 2 hours to call you inside. Horrible service.
Absolutely no respect for people’s time. Appointment times mean nothing to Dr.Figardo. It can take 2+ hours from the time of your appointment to see the doctor. I’ve never seen such horrible service.
