Murray is a wonderful person who treated me with dignity and respect. If you ar a uq student this medical center is perfect
Went for a mental health care plan with Dr Bingham. I was told to reduce my alcohol intake based on my problems. Dr Bingham suggested that 1-2 drinks were fine as “that’s all it takes to get them in the sack these days”. Very unprofessional behaviour.
Extremely disappointed with no duty of care My teenage son went into the clinic with an emergency but was sent away and refused an appointment as the clinic could not fit him in. Why I called back to enquire they acknowledged that it was an emergency but the doctors were all booked. Where is the duty of care.
Don’t go to this clinic ! Very rude and obnoxious receptionist , didn’t get her name but it is the lady with the white hair . Worst experience this morning with the receptionist and worst attitude . I was there at 805 for my 8am appt .they have another appt for the doctor at 815 and I said I am happy to just have 10mins . Then they said the first appt normally take a longer time ( really ? Then why is there an appt at 815?)They ask me if I want tp change to 12pm ?before I confirm , they told me the 815 is in with the doctor ... read more
