Very disappointing experience. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes, yet my consultation time was counted from the scheduled appointment time. The doctor repeatedly interrupted me, focused on issues I wasn't experiencing, and offered only generic stretching exercises that I had already told her I was doing. For a serious back problem, I received no pain management plan and was advised to increase my existing medication significantly. Dr Ponniah is very thorough, and so I trust her direction. All doctors, nurses and staff are very friendly.
I have been coming to Dr Anita Ponniah since she worked at St Lucia Family Medical. I wouldn’t go to any other GP. Anita is so thorough, keeps track of everything about me, and is a very competent doctor. If I had parents I would send them to get. Thanks Anita
