Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Dr. Menges. Throughout my pregnancy, she and Kierstan were belittling and dismissive. During the last several weeks of my third trimester, I was constantly pressured into getting scheduling an induction for non-medical reasons. When I asked her to stop bringing it up, she didn’t. It’s clear Dr. Menges wanted the convenience of being able to schedule around my delivery. Dr. Menges delivered all three of our boys. I am so grateful for her expertise in C-sections especially!
Incredible doctor... Knowledgeable... Kind... Responsive... I'm new to her and she took care of me like we been best friends for 25 years. She performed surgery to remove some of my lady bits. She was very thorough in explaining things before and day of surgery... Pretty sure I was a mess "down there"... She did what I needed to be healthy again. After I confirmed with this facility 3 times through email, phone call and website message about my insurance in network and they told me “ I am sorry we don’t work with your insurance when I arrived there to check in … “ I don’t know which facility could do this. What a shame. The reason I didn’t put one star there because i know that’s not the doctor’s fault but the system. BJC, it’s the time train your employee better or update your system
I saw NP Huff and she was delightful. Everyone was very accepting and nonjudgmental about my lapse in care. If you haven't kept up with well visits and are nervous about jumping back in, this is the office to visit. Even had testing and labs done in the same building. So convenient!
