I had an extremely troubling experience with this vascular surgeon and feel compelled to share it so others can make informed decisions. I was encouraged to undergo a venogram to diagnose suspected venous compression, and from the beginning, I felt pressured rather than properly guided. I was told I would be fully unconscious for the procedure, but that was not my experience at all. I was fully awake, in significant pain, and distressed throughout. While I hope not to have these surgeries again, hahaha, I can't imagine a better surgeon than Dr Chihade to do them. Great bedside manner and wonderfully conscious of patient's wellbeing. Highly recommended.
I was treated well in the office but despite three requests by phone they have not sent my record from the visit to another doctor. They do not have online medical records despite this being 2026. I question the validity of the results I was given verbally in office as they will not forward them to another doctor. As a patient I am entitled to my medical records. I would not reccomend this office to anyone else.
A great encounter with Dr. Chihade. She is easy to discuss vascular issues with. A very common sense surgeon.
I drive three hours to see Dr. Hacker! Traveling out of state for care Isn’t always ideal. But when my CT Produced my vascular issues, my PCP Put a referral into vascular surgery here in my town and I got on a six-month waiting list. I did a lot of research and found Dr. Hacker. I let my PCP know that I would like my referral to go to him. They called me the very next day (Thursday) and scheduled me in their office for Monday!
