Dr. Bryan, the nurses and technicians are all very professional and personable. Helpful and mostly take time to listen, explain and answer questions in a very busy office. The check in process is very cumbersome though and needs to be streamlined, and reigned in with regard to quantity and breadth of personal information and questions not necessarily related to what a patient is being treated for. Overall too much admin repetition for a regular patient. To be clear, the healthcare itself is really good.

I was assigned an in house urologist that provided no information prior and after prostate surgery (another health group). My son had talked with Dr. Scheider, he was impressed so I set up an appointment. Very happy and satisfied as he cares and a rising PSA was found and we are in the process of getting it corrected. Extremely happy with with Dr. Schneider and the whole crew.
I was able to get a new patient appointment within 2 business days. The nurse called me back immediately before I even sat in waiting room. Everyone is very nice.
