We had a wonderful family reunion at the St Louis University Lay Center. The facilities were so clean and well cared for!! Although we had access to a beautiful octagon shaped room which I imagine would be ideal for a small wedding reception dance, We mostly enjoyed the kitchen (which is well equipped) and dining area. There was plenty of space yet it was cozy. We also brought along lawn chairs to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. Peaceful and lots of walking and plenty of cool things to do and see.
This is an incredible place to visit! There is so much to explore, I kind of wish the playground wasn’t at the front, my kid always wants to play there and there’s so much more to this park than the playground! Tons of sculptures, a huge variety of native trees, a butterfly garden prairie, a cool old cemetery, lakes and so many gravel pathways to explore.
Amazing sculpture garden! Its a great hidden gem away from any noise. Its super peaceful and the trails are great!
