From my first visit to their website to the install I was impressed! Trish called me within the time period that worked for me and while I understand that cannot always be the case....it meant so much to me! Additionally, she REALLY listened to me when we spoke on the telephone! As a result, she sent Jeff with a sample she thought may work for me and it was PERFECT! I had shutters placed in my living room because the afternoon sun made it unbearably hot , since the shutters were installed I can angle the sun light in any direction I desire, or close it out entirely... Now I can stay in my living room anytime of day and it's actually nice and cool, and you would not believe the compliments I've recieved. they make the room look elegant. I can only say thank you.....
