I call them when I need a repair and service for my boom (Telehandler) for the last 4 years. Unfortunately lately I’ve had some issues with the boom but Steve and the staff came out and did on call service and found the issue was the water pump so they ordered a new one and got it installed and works great also got them to do oil change as well and checked all fluids. Easier for me to have them come out than having it towed to the shop.

Thanks so much Steve!!!! I have been going to St. Louis services for years for my Lincoln Navigator and they always seem to impress me. Last fix was my hydraulics went on my back end was almost touching the ground I called and talked to Janelle and she assured me that they could do it with in the time line they gave me which I was thankful for. Well they did as promised and Steve went over everything that they had done with me and now feel like I have a brand new car!! Thank you all so much.

There are some good employees at this place but the owner needs to re-adjust his stance on taking responsibility and customer service. After a horrible experience the owner has not returned my call or any messages regarding my issue and even withheld parts from me that I paid for and had claim to. He ignores the issues and is non responsive. I highly recommend that you avoid dealing with him as it would seem he is not interested in customer service at all. I am resorting to a civil lawsuit to recover my lost money.

I would strongly suggest not going there. I had to replace my truck window, but even though I had it with me, I called them to ask if they could do it. They told me to drop the trailer and come in. When I got there, I told them I had a scheduled pickup and needed it done quickly. The employees said okay and told me to wait in a dirty driver’s lounge.
