"I originally came to STLPT for shoulder pain. Brian did an extremely thorough evaluation and concluded that my shoulder pain was actually due to stress on my shoulders, from me adjusting the way I do exercises and other activities to protect my chronically sore neck. This is the first time I have been to therapy, Lauren is so help for and encouraging everyone is so nice there and works with you. I would highly recommend St. Louis Physical Therapy I am very happy how I am doing.
When I first came to St. Louis Physical Therapy I was unable to stand straight or walk following any physical activity. Brian and Chris worked with me to identify trouble spots and help my hip and low back to heal. Now, 8 treatments later, I can resume normal activities, including pulling weeds, vacuuming, hiking, yoga, etc. without pain! Everyone in this practice is welcoming, caring and fun to be around - Brian is very entertaining, as well as very skilled. :) I look forward to his first album.
I am a 51 year old female who has had a series of knee surgeries over a 35-year period. When I came in, I was walking like an 80-year old woman. In my mind, my active days were over. Brian saw the challenge and laid out a plan. Little by little I started to feel better. Even when my other "good" knee became the obstacle to continued recovery, he did not give up!
