Received a bill from them, apparently my bloodwork was sent to them? I didn't approve it, I'm not paying it. This goes against the surprise billing stuff.

I know FOR A FACT that I set up auto charge to split my bill in half. Several months later, I receive mail from collections saying I never submitted payment. Called and spoke with someone named William (?) who claims they don’t do autopay. He was a bit condescending on the phone. Anyways, incredibly frustrating to work with.

Much the same as everyone else. The doctor sent them the specimen, no notice to me. My insurance paid what they thought was right and said I did not owe anything. Then I got a bill for $700 and then a collection agency.

Billing department sucks, saying insurance denial because they dont have my insurance, but they do..Seems like many people have this issue, they just want your money. Never received a bill until a year later.
