I had appointment today for x-rays and A shot but , because I didn’t won’t the Gel shot they refuse to give me the shot that I preferred to have. A knee injection was needed for an RA flare and this place was chosen thinking they were more quick to get you in however that’s not true. They want you to get Xrays the first and 2nd visits. They like to dictate what injection you get so they can get the most funds from your insurance provider. Two sets of xrays is not needed for a steroid (corticosteroid) knee injection.
