Love my experience at this office! The staff was friendly and considerate. All the while not over priced and the services are top of the line!
Had a wonderful experience here. The office was wonderful, and I really got the results I was looking for. Dental work is always pricey but for the results I wouldn't expect less. I would recommend them to anyone, they were fabulous.
You know how the price of a procedure (dental, health) charged by a provider is deeply discounted by your insurance company, so that even if your insurance company only covers a certain % of a procedure, you are at least not paying as large an amount because the total procedure cost is less than the “book price”. So STL Ortho’s contract says that if you lose your insurance for some reason (change of jobs or loss of job) that the total price due to them automatically increases to the “Book Price” and that you owe the total le... read more
Avoid – This place has questionable billing practices. They billed my insurance and billed me the same full amount. When I finally got them to do an audit, suddenly they gave me credit for the 'overpayment'. So nice (not) to get store credit for an overpayment. They don't seem to be able to provide a standard Explanation of Benefits. Ask them for a billing statement and watch for the excuses !. If they would provide monthly statements this could be avoided. Friendliest one there – Out of all the orthodontists at St Louis Orthodontic Group he is the only friendly one, to all the others you are just a set of teeth. Everyone from the other orthodontists to the receptionist can be unfriendly there.
