I wouldn't trust this place at all. Couldn't give me a clear answer. I paid my bill when I received it. Never heard another thing. Now a year later I'm recieving a bill that was already taken care of
The doctor I saw was nice, very knowledgeable. However his staff is one of the worst I’ve encountered in years. The receptionist act bothered when you ask basic appointment questions and the assistant who took my vitals rushed through everything without noticing that she placed the artery cord of the Bp monitor on the back of my arm. I don’t think I’ll be back after my next appointment.
I’ve been coming here with a young lady I support for over4 years now and the patient services for the disabled individual SUCKS. I guess they assume disabled people can’t communicate. They checked her in at 3:25pm for a 3:30pm appointment to get injection. At 4:20pm no one said anything to her or myself in regards to why we were still waiting. No one especially likes to go to doctor offices for a visit. I go to eight different ones during the course of a year for various reasons. I would rate St Louis Heart and Vascular as my number one choice as the one I most like to go to. I am glad they are my doctors.
I have seen 3 drs here. 2 of them I am really thankful for also the nurses and staff are wonderful. Kendall the dappled tech is great. He found the blood clot that I had in my leg last year and he is so caring thank u to all the staff..
