They work hard to offer the best for every patient.
Incompetent office administration that CONTINUALLY fails to update my patient information. And then the doctors use that incorrect information during an office visit, which results in time wasted making corrections that shouldn't have to be made. Then they sent me an "intake" form as an incorrect PDF that couldn't be edited or corrected. An office that is this chronically error-prone is not one I really trust with my internal organs. My daughter had been suffering with chronic diarrhea for over 6 months when we first started coming to this practice. We had high hopes from the first appt with Dr Schmidt but have been handed off to someone else for every appt since. We have paid a fortune for medications that don't work. She is suffering with severe pain every day and just keeps getting told to take Tylenol or use Prep H. We have absolutely no resolution to her problems and no action plan to reach one.
